ISLAMABAD: District Session court hearing Ghazi Abdul Rasheed murder case on Saturday issued non-bailable warrants of former president Pervez Musharraf.
According to sources, former army chief has filed an application in the court in which he stated that Anti-Terrorist Court after reviewing his [Musharraf] medical report stopped him from travelling.
In this application his lawyers stated that despite the medical report the court issued arrest warrant on June 19 which should be declared illegal and exclude Musharraf from appearing before the court.
It is pertinent to mention here that district session court Judge Kamran Basharat has issued arrest warrants of former Army chief on June 19.
