ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Saqib Nisar approved leave application of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s counsel Makhdoom Ali Khan.
The approval was made on condition that the counsel’s leave plea will not be effective if the apex court fixes hearing date for Panama Papers’ case.
It should be mentioned here that PM’s counsel Makhdoom Ali Khan applied for 12-day leave due to personal reasons.
