SIALKOT: Federal Minister for Defence , Water and Power Khawaja Muhammad Asif has said that the government is removing the darkness of disappointment from the country by taking the nation and the country ahead towards the goal and millstone of national peace and prosperity.
Addressing convention of the party workers held at Gohadpur Sialkot here Saturday, he vowed to continue the journey of socio-economic, human development and masses’ prosperity in the country despite all the hurdles being created by the political opponents to weaken the national economy.
He revealed that the masses have become matured politically and the people have rejected the negative styled politics of conflict being done by the such political elements in the country to weaken the country’s growing economic roots, besides, trying to create hurdles in the smooth way of national economical and political stability, ending the unemployment, creating the massive job opportunities as well. Khawaja Muhammad Asif said people have become matured politically and they have already rejected the negative styled politics of conflict by the political elements, which were still creating hurdles in the smooth way of national development and prosperity, as such political elements, already rejected by the people, were implementing the agenda of anarchy and promoting the political disability in the country. He said, “We have been running a nation-wide move of national prosperity and development and peace in Pakistan”. He said that we have been going through the passage of national peace, prosperity, development and economical and political stability in the country. Khawaja Muhammad Asif said that the masses would reject again the political elements busy in doing in negative styled politics of conflict, during the 2018 general elections as well, saying that the masses will again bring the PML-N in power in 2018 elections with the power of the mandate of votes to be given by the masses to the PML-N.
He strongly criticized the political opponents and said that such political elements had been creating hurdles in the smooth way of national peace, prosperity and economical and political stability in the country. Khawaja Muhammad Asif stressed the need of effective media role in crushing the terrorism in country, saying that it was prime national obligation of everyone to come forward and play a pivotal role to eliminate the terrorism, militancy and insurgency from Pakistan. He announced that the years 2018 would be the year of end of load shedding of electricity in the country, saying there would be no load shedding of power in Pakistan in 2018.
He said that there would be smooth provision of enough electricity to the masses even the cheaper electricity to the nation in 2018. He said that now the situation of power load shedding was much better than 2013 now in 2016.—APP
