Zia-ul-Haq inclusion in Bangladesh tour likely in replacement of injured Rahat

LAHORE: It is likely that Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will send fast bowler Zia-ul-Haq as a replacement for injured Rahat Ali to Bangladesh.

It was reported in media that thee left arm pacer Rahat Ali suffered an hamstring injury, however coach Waqar Younis said that the injury is not serious.

The fast bowler has been advised to rest and may not be a part of Pakistan’s playing XI in the third ODI on Wednesday.

The men in green  have  already lost the ODI series to Bangladesh 2-0 and is on the brink of suffering a whitewash.

Sohaib Maqsood , Sohail Khan,  Yasir Shah and Ehsan Adil were already ruled out of the tour due to their injuries.

Haq has taken 95 wickets while appearing in 29 matches in the first class format.
