MULTAN: The police in its drive against criminals have arrested 51 outlaws including 40 proclaimed offenders (POs) from the district.
According to official sources here on Sunday, police conducted separate raids and arrested 40 proclaimed offenders. Police also apprehended eight drug peddlers and three gamblers besides recovering three rifles, five pistols 30-bore, two revolvers, one rifle 12-bore, bullets and stake money Rs 16700 respectively from their possession.
Separate cases have been registered against the accused.
