5.8 magnitude quake jolts parts of KP

PESHAWAR: A 5.8 magnitude earthquake on Monday rocked different cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The tremor was felt in Peshawar, Swat, Abbottabad, Chitral, Malakand, Bonair, Shangla, Swabi, Lower Dir and the surrounding areas. The epicenter of the quake was in the border area of Afghanistan and Tajikistan. The depth of the quake was 116 kilometers. No causality or damage was reported so far.
