LONDON: 400 years old egg is presented for auction in London. This egg belongs to an extinct species “Elephant Bird”.
The species was existed in Madagascar area but unfortunately the bird disappeared from the Earth about 300 to 700 years ago. It was a huge bird. its egg is 30 centimeter long and 200 percent bigger than hen’s egg. The auction house management expect 5000 British pound for it. Elephant Bird was the biggest bird of the Earth. It was 3 meter long and 450 kilogram heavy.
