KABUL: As many 40 persons were killed in twin blasts on Saturday in Jalalabad, the capital city of Afghanistan province of Nangahar .
First blast went off near Kabul Bank while other was reported near Governor House, killing at least 40 and injuring dozens in the incident, reports said.
