NAWABSHAH: An earthquake measuring 4.9 on the Richter scale rocked Nawabshah, Hyderabad, Matyari and adjoining areas on early Friday morning. No loss of life was reported due to earthquake.
People came out of their homes in panic reciting verses from the Holy Quran.
According to National Seismic Monitoring Centre, the epicenter of the earthquake was located 60 kilometres northeast of Nawabshah, Sindh at the depth of 20 kilometre.
