SARGODHA: Police on Friday claimed to have arrested 28 suspects and drug pushers in the district.
A police spokesman said various teams led by SDPO/DSP Saeedullah Khan in coordination with Bhera and Bhalwal Police Stations along with Elite Force, CTD, and special branch conducted the searched operation at Bhera and adjoining areas besides arresting 18 suspects.
Meanwhile, police arrested ten drug paddlers and proclaimed offenders, including Habib, Nasir Hayat, Muhammad Hanif, Imtiaz, Rustam Shahzad, Sanaullah, besides recovering over 2.5kg heroin and illegal weapons.
