MULTAN: The police arrested 46 criminals including 22 proclaimed offenders during separate raids across the district on Saturday.
According to police sources,their teams caught 12 drug peddlers and 6 illegal weapon holders and recovered 35 litres liquor, 2,047 grams hashish, 920 grams heroin,three pistols and bullets from their possession.
Police also apprehended 22 proclaimed offenders wanted in different cases of dacoity,robbery,theft and other crimes.
Similarly,police arrested another six persons for violating traffic rules.
Separate cases were registered at concerned police stations.
