SARGODHA: The police claimed to have arrested 22 dugs dealers and proclaimed offenders and recovered narcotics and weapons from their possession.
Police said on Saturday that during continued against the drugs paddlers and criminals the teams of different police stations had conducted raid within the areas of their jurisdictions and arrested eleven accused recovering 1190 gram Hashish, 111 bottles of liquor, 2 pistols 30 bore along with 10 bullets from their possession.
They were identified as Imran, Riaz, Nouman Shabbir, Babar Javed, Dost, Ghulam Shabbir, Awais and others.
While, the police have also arrested eleven proclaimed offenders and court absconders from different parts of the district. They were wanted by police in heinous crimes like murder, attempt of murder, robbery and abduction for ransom.
Cases have been registered against the outlaws.
