LAHORE: Police on Sunday arrested 20 Afghan nationals among 50 suspects in search operations conducted in various parts of the city.
DIG Operations Dr Haider Ashraf said that 20 Afghan nationals among 50 suspects had been arrested in targeted operations in the city.
He added that security has been beefed up in the wake of high alert in the city.
Ashraf said that police personnel have been deployed at the entry and exit points of the city.
