1st ODI: Rizwan, Imad guide Pakistan to 260

HARARE: Mohammad Rizwan stars as Pakistan have posted 260 runs target despite top order collapse against Zimbabwe in first One Day International (ODI) played at Harare sports club.

The visitors haven’t have the great start as they loss three curtail wickets in shape of Skipper Azhar Ali, Ahmed Shehzad and Mohammad Hafeez with just 35 runs on the score board.

At that time vice captain Sarfraz Ahmed and Shoaib Malik set a 65 runs partnership to guide the total to 100 runs without losing a wicket.

Shoaib was bowled by Nyumbu. He made 31 while Sarfars was unlucky falling just 6 runs short of half century. He added 44.

For the sixth wicket Mohammad Rizwan and Imad Wasim made a great partnership of 124 runs. Both scored half centuries for the side.

Rizwan made unbeaten 75 while Imad lost his wicket on 61. Pakistan made 260 on loss of six wickets.

Tinashe Panyangara, John Nyumbu, Graeme Cremer and Luke Jongwe picked up one wicket each for the home side.
