Islamabad: The court issued arrest warrants for Omar Ayub and other PTI leaders.
The cases against PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Khan, Omar Ayub and others for violating Section 144 were heard before Judicial Magistrate Shahzad Khan in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad.
During the hearing, the court issued arrest warrants for the absence of Umar Ayub, Amir Dogar and Amir Mughal, while allowing the application of Shoaib Shaheen and Barrister Gohar for exemption from appearance.
Barrister Gohar Khan filed an exemption application in the court.
During the hearing, arguments could not be held on the discharge applications of the accused, on which the court adjourned the next hearing of the cases till April 23.
It should be noted that two cases have been registered against Barrister Gohar Khan and others in Police Station I-9.
