Mayor of London Sir Sadiq Khan inaugurated Ramazan Lights in central London.
Mayor Of London Sadiq Khan said that London is the first city in the Western world where Ramazan lights are installed and it is a matter of pride that we have installed Ramazan lights for the third year in a row.
He said that to combat Islamophobia, we have to tell the local communities about our religion of Islam, Muslims worship in Ramazan, give charity and also break the fast with non-Muslims.
The Mayor of London said that some people spread wrong things about Muslims, so it is important that we show people the real picture of Islam.
On the other hand, talking about the Champions Trophy, the Mayor of London said that it is sad that both my teams England and Pakistan have been out of the Champions Trophy, organizing the Champions Trophy has given an opportunity to show that Pakistan is a safe country.
