Karachi: The price of gold in the global and local markets fell significantly.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce suddenly fell by $50 on Saturday, bringing the new global price to $2883 an ounce.
On the other hand, the price of 24-carat gold also decreased by Rs4,700 per tola today, as a result of which the new price came down to Rs301,500.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold in the country also decreased by Rs4,030 to Rs258,487.
