The inauguration ceremony of the newly reconstructed Gaddafi Stadium will be held tomorrow, featuring live performances by renowned artists Ali Zafar, Arif Lohar, and Aima Baig.
The event will also include a spectacular display of drums, fireworks, and a light show, making it a grand celebration for all attendees.
In an effort to make the event accessible, entry to the inauguration ceremony will be free for the public. The Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) praised the efforts of the team who worked day and night to complete the reconstruction of the stadium.
The state-of-the-art stadium was built in a record time of just 117 days, according to the PCB. Chairman Mohsin Naqvi expressed his gratitude to the workers, saying, “I thank the workers who made the impossible task possible. Despite criticism, the entire team worked tirelessly, and Allah Almighty made our path easy.”
He further added, “I am prostrate before Allah Almighty on the completion of this significant task,” emphasizing the hard work and dedication that went into making the Gaddafi Stadium a reality.
