The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced the final cost for the long and short Hajj packages.
According to a spokesperson for the Ministry, the final price for the long Hajj package has been set at Rs 1,075,000, while the short Hajj package will cost Rs1,150,000.
The spokesperson further mentioned that the third instalment of Hajj dues would be collected from February 1 to 10.
The spokesperson added that limited seats remain in the government Hajj scheme, and new applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until January 30.
The booking for the short Hajj package is complete, and bookings for the extended Hajj package will only be accepted for available seats. Private Hajj pilgrims can continue their booking process until January 31.
Previously, The goverment introduced a new policy, “Ghar Se Ghar Tak,” to ensure enhanced support and facilitation for pilgrims travelling for Hajj in 2025.
