Mercury to further drop in Karachi tomorrow: Met Office

The intensity of cold increased today compared to the previous day due to which the minimum temperature was recorded at 9.8 degrees Celsius.

According to the Early Warning Center forecast of the Meteorological Department, colder than normal winds may prevail in the city on Monday (tomorrow), due to which the overall temperature is expected to decrease. The minimum mercury may be recorded in the single digit of 9 degrees in the morning.

The weather in Karachi will remain cold and dry during the next 24 hours while the maximum temperature is expected to be 28 and minimum 9 degrees Celsius.

Visibility of 3 km was recorded today due to light fog. Wind is likely to blow from northeast direction at a speed of 5 to 20 km per hour throughout the day.

Yesterday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 12 degrees Celsius.
