PHC bars police from arresting Faisal Javed in any case

The Peshawar High Court has ordered not to arrest Senator Faisal Javed in the registered cases while giving him protective bail.

According to a local newspaper, a hearing was held at the Peshawar High Court on the details of the cases against PTI Senator Faisal Javed and the  protective bail plea. The hearing was conducted by Justice SM Atiq Shah and Justice Faheem K.

 

Justice SM Atiq Shah asked Faisal Javed, where do you belong? Faisal Javed said that he belongs to Swabi Zaida.

Justice Shah said that Faisal, you are also the son of this land, 70 per cent of the youth of this province are unemployed, have you planned?

Faisal Javed said that yes sir! Absolutely your question is very good, 70 per cent of the population of this country consists of youth, which is an asset of this country.

The lawyer’s petitioner, Alam Khan Adenzai Advocate, said that cases have been registered against Faisal Javed, but they are not giving us the details.

 

On this, the court ordered not to arrest Faisal Javed in any case and granted protective bail.

 

The court ordered that the details of the cases against Faisal Javed be submitted within fourteen days.
