Instant messaging application WhatsApp is working to introduce a new tool ‘Chat with US’ for its web users.
The testing tool was spotted by WhatsApp Beta Info. WhatsApp is developing a feature that will allow web clients to contact the official support team of the company anytime without any other application.
Any user can directly contact the support team through the web version.
The new chat with this option will be available to users in the help section of the app.
Whenever this option is clicked, it will display an alert on the screen. A pop-up message will inform users that they will receive assistance from the support team shortly.
