Pakistan have won the Blind T20 Cricket World Cup.
In the final played on Tuesday, Pakistan defeated Bangladesh by 10 wickets. The Green Shirts chased a target of 140 runs set by the Bengal Tigers.
Bangladesh blind team scored 139 runs for the loss of 7 wickets while batting first. Bangladesh’s Arif Hussain scored 54 runs.
Pakistan blind team achieved the target in the 11th over. Nisar Ali remained unbeaten by scoring 72 runs. Apart from this, Mohammad Safdar played an innings of 47 runs without getting out.
Babar Ali of Pakistan Blind team took two wickets while Muhammad Salman and Mutiullah took one wicket each.
