X faces tough time from new social media rival Bluesky

X, formerly known as Twitter, has officially rolled out an updated and controversial version of its blocking feature.

After the change, your public posts on X will be visible to everyone, even users you may have blocked.

Now if someone blocks you on X and then you try to view that person’s profile, it says YOU’RE  BLOCKED.

You won’t be able to see followers, replies or other details of that person’s account, but after this new change it will be possible to see that user’s public posts and profile page.

If you block someone because you are tired of them, know that doing so will no longer help.

Yes, a controversial change has begun in the social media platform.

An official X account said that we have started rolling out an update to the block feature.

It should be noted that in September 2024, Elon Musk, the owner of X, said that the block feature was being changed.

After the change, your public posts on X will be visible to everyone, even users you may have blocked.
