Bird population declining rapidly across the world for this reason

Bird populations are declining rapidly across the world, indicating that climate change is taking place at a negative level, says a report by a wildlife organization.

World Wildlife Fund (WF) Turkiye wildlife expert Ahmet Emre Kotoku told the Turkish state news agency that birds are the first driver of degradation in an area. If there is a decline in the bird population, it indicates that something is wrong.

Giving an example of the relationship between bird populations and the balance of nature, he said that in t he Europe, birds that used to feed on farmland at one time suffered a decline in insect populations due to pesticides. Pollination also decreased due to this.

He further said that if there was a sufficient proportion of hunter birds, pesticides would not be needed as there would be fewer rats. America and European countries have made many plans to deal with this problem, which we should also implement.
