According to the sources, due to the continuous hike in crude oil prices in the world market, there is a possibility that the prices of petroleum products in Pakistan will also increase by Rs10 per litre from October 16. The price of petrol may increase by Rs3.95 per litre.
OGRA will complete its work on petroleum product prices on October 14 and submit a summary of new prices to the finance ministry for the next 15 days.
The Ministry of Finance will announce the new prices of petroleum products on October 15.
