Islami Jamiat Talaba University of University organized a “Palestine Solidarity Walk,” with enthusiastic participation from students and faculty.
Key attendees included Nazim Islami Jamiat Talaba Karachi Hafiz Abish Siddiqui, General Secretary of the Palestine Foundation Dr. Sabir, General Secretary of Karachi University Teachers Society (KUTS) Dr. Maroof bin Rauf, and Nazim Islami Jamiat Talaba Karachi University Kamran Sultan Ghani.
The purpose of the walk was to show solidarity with the oppressed people of Palestine on the completion of one year of Israeli brutality, while also condemning the ongoing atrocities. Participants marched from the Admin Block to the IR Department, holding a 200-meter-long Palestinian flag, along with posters in support of Palestine. The students also raised slogans in favor of Palestine.
In his address, Hafiz Absh Siddiqui stated, “I salute the brave students and faculty of Karachi University, who have set aside all differences to stand united for the cause of Palestine.”
General Secretary of KUTS Dr. Maroof bin Raouf remarked, “The solution to the Palestine issue lies not in a two-state resolution, but in a single-state solution.”
