PESHAWAR: Jamiat Ulema Islam-F (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has been elected unopposed as party’s chief for the next 5 years.
JUI-F leader Maulana Abdul Ghafoor Hyderi has also been elected unopposed as Secretary General for 5 years.
Maulana Fazal Rahman and Abdul Ghafoor Haidari were elected unopposed because there were no candidate competed in the elections.
It should be remembered that a few days ago Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s brother Maulana Ataur Rehman was elected as the provincial ameer for 5 years in the party elections of JUI-F Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
A few days ago, the Election Commission of Pakistan had directed the JUI-F to conduct the party elections and submit the details.
