Jamaat-e-Islami Naib Ameer Liaquat Baloch has said that legislation or constitutional amendment with malice and state power is controversial and a black law.

Baloch said that Parliament, State, Judiciary and the people are on the new threshold of big conflict, malicious and state power makes legislation, constitutional amendment controversial and black law.

The leader of Jamaat-e-Islami said that if the parliament cuts the judiciary, someone will cut the throat of the parliament.

He further said that the committee is a breath of fresh air but it is prone to conflicts.

It should be remembered that the government is likely to present the constitutional amendment bill in the parliament through the supplementary agenda today.

According to sources, the constitutional amendment related to the judiciary includes a proposal to increase the tenure of Supreme Court judges from 65 years to 68 years and to increase the tenure of High Court judges from 62 years to 65 years.
