Taking another step towards innovation, the Chinese company Huawei has launched the world’s first trifold smartphone for sale to consumers.
Yesterday, Huawei launched the Mate XT Ultimate Design mobile phone, which is the first tri-fold smartphone, which is the size of a tablet and when folded, it becomes the size of a normal mobile phone.
The screen size of the mobile phone is 10.2 inches and it is also the most foldable screen ever in a smartphone. Users can use this phone with 6.4 inch and 7.9 inch screen.
The company has used an OLED panel in it while its high frequency is 1440Hz. The single screen of the mobile is 156.7mm in length, 73.5mm in width and 12.8mm in thickness.
Similarly, the length of the dual screen is 156.7 mm, the width is 143 mm and the thickness is 7.45 mm, the triple screen is the same length while the width is 219 mm and the thickness is 3.6 mm.
The triple folding mobile phone device weighs only 238 grams, which is still light and easy to carry anywhere. The mobile is packed with a battery with a total capacity of 5,600mAh.
The phone also supports backwards charging while on the other hand, the trifold phone has 50W wireless charging support, its camera system consists of 12 megapixels.
Huawei Mate XT Ultimate Design is priced from $2,820 to $3,390 depending on its RAM and GB. The trifold mobile is designed in red and black colors with genuine leather finishing.
