YouTube rolls out AI Chat Assistant to recover hacked accounts

YouTube has introduced a digital assistant based on artificial intelligence (AI) technology that will help users recover accounts targeted by hackers.

The Google support page describes it as a troubleshooting tool.

The chatbot will be accessible through the YouTube Help Center and will ask the owners of the hacked accounts various questions to reverse the changes made to their YouTube channels.

This AI assistant is currently available only in English and limited users have access to it.

But Google said that gradually this feature will be introduced to all YouTube users.

Once a YouTube account gets hacked, it is almost impossible to get it back or it takes a long time to recover.

But this AI chatbot will recover the account as well as strengthen its security.

Keep in mind that Google has added a number of features based on AI technology to YouTube in recent months.

With an AI feature called Sound Search, users can search for a song by simply humming.

Similarly, some other AI chatbots are being worked on by YouTube which can be used for various tasks.
