LANDI KOTAL: About 18 terrorists have been rounded up and millions of rupees foreign currency recovered from their possession during search operation of FC personnel in different areas of Landi Kotal on Saturday.
FC sources said the operation was conducted under National Action Plan. A large number of ammunition and foreign currency worth Rs65 million, including US dollar and Riyal currency notes. Apart from this, 2.5 kg gold and 2.5 kg silver was also found from their dens.
The FC sources said the terrorists used to carry out sabotage by weapons bought of the foreign currency. All the arrested persons have been shifted to undisclosed location for interrogation.
