KARACHI: At least 18 prominent personalities of the showbiz world were on terrorists hit list as a list has been recovered from the arrested terrorist belonged to banned terror outfit.
The list was recovered in Tuesday’s wee hours when law enforcement agencies personnel raided on detained terrorist information which he made during interrogation.
The list contains names of fashion designers and models along with a NGO worker. The names include Khawar Riaz, Tariq Amin, Hasan Sheheryar Yasin (HSY), Naveed Rashid, Ali Saleem, Ahmed Butt, Huma Khawaja and NGO worker Jibran Nasir.
The terrorist stated that the people in the list are liberals and their way of life is the cause of evil in the society.
Deputy Inspector General (DIG) South has issued a statement to those whose name is in the list advising them to restrict their movement for safety purposes.
