SEHWAN: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has said that MQM’s position on delimitations has been placed before the Election Commission and they will follow the decision of the Election Commission.
Speaking to the media at Sehwan Airport, Murad Ali Shah said that everyone has the right to present their position and MQM has its own position regarding constituencies. However, I had not heard the statement of Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui and the governor in this regard, he said. MQM-P’s position has been placed before the Election Commission, now we will follow the decision of the Election Commission.
The Chief Minister said that today there is a meeting under the chairmanship of President Asif Zardari, in which all our allies including Ayaz Sadiq will participate. They will consult with President Zardari about the country’s situation.
Murad Ali Shah said that there are problems in the economy and we will have to make difficult decisions. Our import bill has increased a lot. We all have to tighten our belts. I am sure that the Prime Minister has an experienced team, we are ready to help the provinces in improving the economy.
