ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) members of National Assembly have accused that the Imran Khan government is bent on terrorism and is now preparing to attack the Sindh House in Islamabad.
The PPP members have warned the government that if property or any member of Sindh House is damaged then the entire responsibility will be on Niazi government. Attack on Sindh House will be a violation of Constitution and law.
Pakistan Peoples Party MNAs Abdul Qadir Patel, Agha Rafiullah, Javed Shah Jilani, Abdul Qadir Mandokhel, Abid Bhai, Ehsan Mazari, Naveed Dero and Mehreen Bhutto have said in a joint statement that they had requested the Sindh government that they be given accommodation in Sindh House and also deploy Sindh Police.

They said in the statement that their lives are not safe in Parliament Lodges, it is their constitutional and legal right because Islamabad Police has become “Gullu Butt”.
On the other hand, PPP leader Senator Mustafa Nawaz Khokhar while talking to Geo News said that his party did not keep anyone hidden in Sindh House.
“We have our own assembly members in the Sindh House. We have the right to take steps to protect our members. If the government is threatening our members, why don’t we protect them?”
Meanwhile, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the head of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), has claimed that their number of members have reached 190. Talks with the government allies is in our favour, he added.
In an interview with a local TV, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-F (JUI-F) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman said that if they touch any of our member, we will teach them a lesson. He said that we owe a debt to PML-Q, they should fulfill the promise made to us. People of PML-Q have been saying for last two years that attitude of PTI is not right.
