CANNES, France: French Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin has said that closure of a mosque had been ordered in Cannes in the wake of alleged ‘anti-Semitic’ remarks made there.

Gerald Darmanin alleged that the mosque was also guilty of supporting banned BarakaCity and CCIF. The French government had banned the two organizations for allegedly spreading ‘Islamist’ propaganda, he added.
