RIYADH: The Saudi government has decided to increase the penalty to stop the spread of Covid-19.
According to the Saudi interior ministry, citizens who appear in public places without a mask will be fined 1,000 Saudi riyals, which is in Pakistani currency equals to Rs50,000.
According to Arab media, the re-violation of the face mask will be more harmful. For the second time, not wearing a mask can be fined up to one million rials.

According to the Saudi ministry of interior, it is important to wear masks at all closed and open places throughout the country and follow social distance SOPs.
Following the ministry’s decision, implementation on wearing face mask and social distance has been started in all commercial institutions including Haramain Sharifain.
