KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has directed to take steps for the help of missing persons’ families from the Baitul Mal or any other institution.
A petition was heard in the Sindh High Court regarding the financial assistance and compensation of the missing persons.
The court remarked that what should be the legal way to support the families of missing persons? They have minor children and there is no support.
The court directed to find out a way within law to support the families of the missing persons.
On court inquiry, the focal person stated that the missing persons belong to different areas of Sindh while most are from Karachi.
