Karachi: A case has been registered against PTI’s opposition leader in Sindh Assembly Haleem Adil Sheikh under anti-terrorism provisions.
According to the police, FIR No. 48/2021 has been registered against Haleem Adil Sheikh in Memon Goth police station of Malir district in which other provisions including section 7 ATA of anti-terrorism have also been included.
Police said three more cases were registered against Haleem Adil Sheikh under illegal arms and other provisions. All four cases were registered in the official complaint on February 16, while Haleem Adil and four other accused were named and arrested in one case.
They said that in the other three cases, four persons have been arrested on charges of illegal arms and all the cases have been registered in Memon Goth police station.
