Lahore: Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar has said that so far government lands worth about Rs185 billion have been recovered from the encroachment mafia in Punjab and legal action has been initiated against them.
In his tweet, Usman Bazdar said that those who consider the state as their captive will have to be held accountable.
He said that so far in Punjab, government lands worth about Rs185 billion have been liberated from the encroachment mafia and legal action has been initiated and this operation will continue in the future as well.
It may be recalled that the district administration of Lahore completed the operation around Khokhar Palace and recover 38 kanals of land while the district administration claimed that this land was illegally occupied.
