LAHORE: Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmeen Rashid has said that if the educational institutions do not follow the coronavirus SOPs, they will be closed again.

Talking to media in Lahore, Dr Yasmeen Rashid said that the rate of spread of coronavirus in Lahore is the highest in the entire province. With the establishment of 20 laboratories, 24,000 tests can be conducted daily.

She said that it has been almost a year since Nawaz Sharif went abroad. If he speaks daily, it means he is fine. He is told to come back and he says I am ill.

The provincial health minister said that she was saddened by Maryam Aurangzeb’s statement yesterday, adding that PML-N had only put up plaques.
