ISLAMABAD: Asad Umar, the head of the National Command and Operations Center, has said that efforts should be made to avoid the third wave of coronavirus in any case, adding the vaccine will take time to arrive and till then it is the responsibility of everyone to be careful.
He said that every sector was affected by coronavirus, 72 per cent of the people in the industries became unemployed and 66 per cent of the people connected with the transport sector lost their jobs.
The government took tough decisions to deal with coronavirus for the benefit of the people.
