ISLAMABAD: The government on Wednesday reduced the price of high-speed diesel by Rs2.40 per litre and decided not to change the price of petrol for the next 15 days.
The petroleum prices except the high-speed diesel will remain unchanged for the next 15 days.
Earlier, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) had recommended reduction in the petroleum prices for the next 15 days.
Ogra had suggested reduction of upto Rs2 per litre in the petrol and diesel prices for the next fortnight.
