Lahore: PML-N Punjab President and Member National Assembly Rana Sanaullah Khan has refuted the statement of Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid and said that Nawaz Sharif had not given any guarantee to the government to complete 5 years.
Speaking on a program aired by a local TV, Sanaullah said that Nawaz Sharif was informed about the FATF legislation and Nawaz Sharif’s opinion was also included while approving the bills. He had asked to sit down and consider the amendments.
The PML-N leader said that the complaint of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam was valid.
He added that that even before Fazlur Rehman’s long march and sit-in, the PPP had stated that it would not join the sit-in, while the PML-N had also apologized for participating in the long march and sit-in.
