Rawalpindi: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Saturday visited the Line of Control (LoC) and celebrated the Eidul Azha with the soldiers and officers stationed on the front lines.
According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Army Chief visited the Loi Ratta sector of the LOC and spent Eid with the officers and men stationed there.
Addressing on the occasion, Gen Bajwa said that the enemy wants to destabilize Pakistan and the region. We have the capability to respond to any aggression. We are well aware of our enemy’s intentions.
Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa lauded the courage and determination of the Army personnel.
He added that Eid-ul-Azha is a manifestation of unconditional sacrifice, no one can know the spirit of sacrifice better than a soldier.
