Qureshi says Pakistan has shifted its focus to geoeconomics from geopolitics

Islamabad: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has once again extended his full support for the Kashmiris’ struggle for independence and said that he would stand by the Kashmiris till the final victory.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad along with Information Minister Shibli Faraz and Special Assistant for National Security Moeed Yousuf on Friday, Qureshi said that what happened to Kashmiris in the last one year no one knows better than the people of Kashmir.

He said that even today communication blackout is going on in Kashmir and basic human rights are still suspended in the valley.

Qureshi said that after Coronavirus, the world knows what the problems of lockdown are, but Kashmiris have been enduring double lockdown for a year.

He said that they want to send a message of solidarity to Kashmiris all over the world. The Pakistani nation stood with Kashmiris yesterday and still stands today. They will stand with Kashmiris till the last victory, he added.
