QUETTA: A local court on Friday issued the non-bailable arrest warrants for Senator Sarfaraz Bugti in a girl kidnapping case.
Quetta’s Additional District and Sessions Judge had issued the warrants for the senator.
The court has ordered the police to arrest Senator Sarfaraz Bugti and produce before it.
The former Balochistan home minister is facing charges of kidnapping a girl named Maria.
On Thursday, a two-member bench had rejetced the interim bail of Sarfaraz Bugti.
Earlier, the Balochistan High Court had also dismissed the pre-arrest bail of the senator.
