KARACHI: The Sindh government has issued the standard operating procedures SOPs for its employees working at various offices.
According to details, the chief secretary has directed to rotate the government employees on a fortnightly basis at the offices.
As per the SOPs, the government servants will work from their homes for 15 days while the remaining fortnight they will come to the office.
The officers will have to come to the offices regularly. However, if they want to take a leave for an isolation then they have to submit their coronavirus test report.
Meanwhile, the residents of the Karachi’s 41 sealed union councils have been asked to take leaves from their workplaces during the lockdown.
Karachi Commissioner Iftikhar Shallwani has clearly said that no one would be allowed to come out of the sealed areas.
He asked the residents of areas, which are under lockdown to take leaves from their workplaces till July 2.
