NEW DELHI: All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen President Asaduddin Owaisi said that Prime Minister Modi has a constitutional duty to defend India from external aggression but he had failed in doing so.
In a series of messages on Twitter, the politician questioned to Indian PM:”Will he come clean and admit his failure to defend Indian territory?
@PMOIndia has a constitutional duty to defend our country from external aggression, he has not only failed in doing so but has abdicated it completely [3/n]

He continued:”Will he accept his fault in continuing talks with China, even while it occupied Indian territory?”
Owaisi asked the Indian prime minister to share facts with the country.
Earlier on Monday night, an Indian colonel and 19 soldiers were killed in a violent physical clash with the Chinese troops in Ladakh’s Galwan Valley.
No arms were used in the physical fight which also involved batons and stones, India media reported citing military sources.
Indian army statement had claimed that casualties were also occurred on the Chinese side.
The Chinese foreign ministry had asked India not to take unilateral actions or stir up troubles.
