KARACHI: The K-Electric on Wednesday said that loadshedding is inevitable in Karachi due to shortage of furnace supply to the company.
A spokesperson for K-Electric said that loadshedding is likely to increase in the city as the the company is not receiving the required supply of furnace oil.
He said that the production of power is badly damaged due to shortage of furnace oil.
However, he added that the situation would get normal once the supply of furnace is increased.
Meanwhile, the consumers have strongly criticised the power generation company for prolonged loadshedding in the city.
